I have a four inch 625-3. My absolute favorite revolver of all time. I bought it new in 1991. I have a pet theory that Smith & Wesson takes greater care in the assembly of .45 ACP revolvers than with those in other calibers. Maybe I am wrong, but it sure seems so. If I were restricted to one gun, the 625 would be it. As a plus, you can shoot a ton of .45 ACP and never lose a case!

Bought a BMT loading/ unloading tool to go along with the JM 625. I can’t imagine a easier way to do both! 4.4 grs of bullseye along with a Rainer 200gr swc equals much fun! I have one of those leftover from a 625 JM, now I need to make one of these moon clip carrier ammo box inserts. I plan to make mine with a spot for the BMT Mooner tool. Can you please share the layout for the posts? Or are there plans for this somewhere. I just bought my first 625 and would love to make one of these racks .

That's a neat setup with the handle. I made an insert for my range bag years ago when I was shooting USPSA revolver... before they ruined it.
