The man also said if you have a pair of work boots that are too loose to put them on and pour a bottle of alcohol down each one and wear them all day. Don't know if that will help the boots but I bet your feet won't hurt all day ! Now dont pick on the handicapped. You know I quit spelling in 3rd grade. LOL.

You know what "they" say - "Build a man a fire, he'll be warm for a day. SET a man on fire, he'll be warm the rest of his LIFE!"

Mr. X101airborne- I think you might be very pleased with a Sky Six holster from El Paso Saddlery. It's what I use for my SP101. Bob

Thank you Sir! I actually used my little SP101 to dispatch my largest alligator to date; 11 foot 3 inches. It is what I had on me and I am a "dance with who brung ya" kind of guy.

Thank you. I am thinking of going with the simply rugged sourdough pancake. Purely for the reason that I suffer from a rare condition called "Lackaass" syndrome. You can draw a straight line from my shoulders to my heels and never touch hide. The Bianchi I am using now is very secure and has good retention, but it lets the small rubber handle stick out quite a bit when I sit down.
For the end of Gator season, after learning my lesson last weekend I carried my Ruger New Model Blackhawk Stainless Bisley in 45 Colt 3 inch barrel in a knockoff of the Sourdough Pancake. Even being an all steel Bisley it was easy to forget it was there except when I dropped trowel for nature. Only then I remembered I wasn't wearing my SP101.

I think it'll be a good choice.

I haven't found anything better than the Simply Rugged Pancake holsters for carrying a revolver OWB. I carry a Smith 2 1/2 inch model 66 and a 3 in model 696 in them and it's the most comfortable holster I've found with easy draw also.
I have one of their Cattleman holsters with a retention on order right now for my 4 inch model 66 for field use.

From what I've read, I assume you're carrying OWB. I opted for AIWB, with an offset clip holster made by Lobo Gunleather. My SP-101 rides quite comfortably in it. I also chose horsehide for its strength, light weight and resistance to sweat. Appendix carry does require that you maintain a somewhat trim waist....
