Hi there,
would it be possible to take the bisley grip frame along with bisley trigger and hammer from an old vaquero and put all these parts on a new Blackhawk?

In short, yes they should bolt up. How well the grip frame will match up to the main frame is unknown until you bolt it up however.

Mainframe screw holes for all models is the same. (Just ask Ronnie Wells! ) And yes,, that type of swapping around of parts happens a lot. And as noted,, a lot of the fit won't be determined until you try it. Also, most of us who fool with all the various Ruger SA models,, a lot,, usually call them "original Vaquero's (large frame,) and New Vaquero's,, (mid-frame.) An Old Model refers to the per 1973, 3-screw action design. In 1973,, ALL SA's became New Models.
