I can now offer replacement front blades for the Freedom Arms revolvers as well as the others that utilize the FA style base. These start out as blanks so I can offer any profile you like. I can also offer other options such as thinner blades and brass beads. These start at 59 US and come ready to install.
If you already have one of my Single Six or other screw on sights I can also fit a brass bead if you so care. Brass bead install runs 59 US.
I am still doing cylinder throat correction. Just call for details. I do not charge to evaluate your cylinder and your cast bullets except return postage. Sometimes all a guy needs is a different diameter cast bullet.

I want to add these blanks are truly FA blanks and not copies. I have permission from Bob Baker at FA to build these. While it didn’t come up I wouldn’t want any confusion.

The customer can figure out proper height by targeting the sight he or she has----with preferred load----and triangulating correction (in thousandths-inch) for ZERO. Suggest shooter start with rear sight 3 or 4 clicks above bottom detent. David Bradshaw

YESTERDAY (4/3/21) I TEXTED 2 DOGS AN ORDER FOR A FS FOR MY FA MODEL 97 327 REVOLVER. I TEXTED HIM THE EXISTING FS's HEIGHT & WIDTH, AND THE WIDTH OF THE RS NOTCH, AND ASKED FOR A SLIGHTLY NARROWER FS (.110 vs .123), AND ASKED THAT IT BE LIKE THE FS's HE SELLS FOR THE S6/S7 RUGERS, i.e. A SERRATED ALMOST PATRIDGE FS. BASED ON PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH 2 DOGS' S6/S7 SIGHTS, THIS NEW FS FOR MY MODEL 97 SHOULD MEAN I WILL SHOOT IT A LOT BETTER.

Thanks in advance. 2 dogs HAS DONE THROAT THERAPY ON RUGER AND S&W REVOLVER CYLINDERS FOR ME. HE CHECKS THE THROAT DIAMETERS, OPENS THEM UP AS APPROPRIATE, AND POLISHES THEM. USUALLY YOU JUST MAIL HIM THE CYLINDER, NOT THE WHOLE GUN.

I have one of Fermin's front sights on my Single Seven. It is so sharp, it makes the sight picture so crisp and clear to see, and line up the sights.

Please tell me about your cylinder throat correction. Does that mean you open up tight cylinder throats ? And is this available for all makes ? Thanks in advance. Nick, it's pretty simple. Clean your cylinder and mail it to me along with a couple of the cast bullets you want to shoot. I will measure your throats and check your bullets for exact size, roundness, and hardness. There is no charge to evaluate your cylinder except return postage. Sometimes a guy simply needs to shoot a different size bullet. I am not going to charge money to tell you that. If needed, I set up the cylinder in my milling machine. I map out the throats on their X/Y axis and correct them with a precision reamer. This runs 65 US. Sometimes a cylinder just needs a tweak. I will discuss all this with you before I do anything. When you get the cylinder back, you shoot 3-4 cylinders of conventional cast, lubed, and sized bullets through it and check the muzzle for a lube star. Pull the cylinder and examine your barrel for leading. If a lube star does not form on your muzzle you most likely have barrel restriction. That is another issue and I will stay with you and guide you through the process to correct barrel restriction. This offer is open to all US sixgunners. Do not suffer leading. Remember that plated, coated, and jacketed bullets will all mask dimensional deficiencies in your revolver. You may well have a tack driver and not know it. I am absolutely convinced that many sixgunners are far better shots than they know. Load my number into your phone. Call me. I will help you even if you are buying my wares. 361-960-3697
