Those that I have seen in the back of the shop develop timing issues with their stamped internal parts.

I never had a timing (or any other ) issue wit ha Heritage, as a matter of fact I looked yesterday and still own 2 of them (they were hiding in my soft sided rifle case from the move t oAZ)

The Rough Rider is a cheap gun, no way around it. Much better off spending a little more for a used Single Six. I've got three that cost me $250 or less.

I don't think i paid more than 150 for any one I've ever owned, now that I've shot the snot out of them they are smooth as glass, just don't like the safety, why does one need a safety on a gun that requires you to manually cock the hammer has always been my philosophy
