Have a split case mouth? Shorten, glue and reuse! Tim.

Split mouth? Heck mine are impermeable! Load shoot, load shoot, and repeat. Magic brass!

I've not had any split either. Neat idea though.

Well, truth be told, they weren’t split. I just didn’t want folks who can’t find brass during the current supply/demand incongruity to be upset by my “wasting” something they might need.

I like it. Out of 40,000 I only found 1 that was slightly dented so I loaded it and still have it. I was thinking of making some ear jewelry out of some. I did put one in my cane handle. I’m glad to see it used! Steve

Case heads make nice ID tags or stress rivits this 44 Special case head had the primer removed, the flash hole drilled out, a small brass machine screw turned down & fitted to the primer pocket & installed to ID this holster I made for a 44 Special... I have a 45 Colt stud, added to my everyday carry holster "wrinkled bull hide for my 45 Snubbie" put in as a stress rivet on my belt slot but I do like the valve cap idea as well...

How about one of those tongue studs!

Too late Axe,,,, Callshot already tried that,,! The nose ring got hooked by his claw finger,, and the tongue stud caused problems with his spitting sunflower seeds in sixshot's truck floor.

Yes Dick, I did try one in my gun! I think it was the one for the long distance rock chuck shot as you will remember. I save them for special shots.

Yes old buddy, I've watched you fire off quite a few of them & make some pretty impressive shots several times. Some of those little water holes out in Dry Valley at a quarter mile come to mind. Just wanted to see if you were awake!
