Can you eat Aoudad? Well...I know you can but is it enjoyable? Some eat it. It is not enjoyable in my experience. If you brine it for a couple weeks and change the water every day, the back straps are edible.

My cousin is one of the executive chefs for Blaser International and he lets me handle the rifles he takes hunting. Beautiful firearms. He has promised me a tour through the Blaser vault in San Antonio but I havent made that yet. Congratulations on your hunt! And a big Thank You for sharing!
