In my peon’s opinion, this gun of bushog’s is the best looking one of all. I’d call that subtle beauty. Nothing wrong with the Kies engraved gun either. I think I may have even gone as far as placing a bid or two on it. My Bowen 50 special is a plain Jane version of Bushogs #9. I really like the sculpted sights Bowen used back in the 90's I'm sure you bid on it... I like the non-engraved version too. Actually probably better. We're the few who breathe the rare air... In all seriousness I don't know what he does to the actions on the B.Q. guns but none other feel as solid and smooth. I know I've asked before but what number is yours?

WOW! When I look at these custom built Rugers my own guns seem rather plebian in comparison. Guess I'm not the shootist I fancy myself to be.
What's the old adage, "Champagne taste on a beer budget?"

Bob Wright I don't think it has anything to do with if you're much of this or that....except maybe foolish in my case...

Believe me, I was more of a shootist when I was in my early 20's, had 3 guns and could hit 12 gauge shells at 50 yards better than half the time!

Honestly, I think Ben Forkin made them.
