Hoss great job on them they look like the real thing. Cary what is Corian, a type of resin? Sorry, I'm no Corian expert. It's some kind of molded material but certainly is not plastic. It's a lot more dense than resin or plastic.

Very nice job. Would look great on any SA. Buffalo Brothers offer grips with many different "carvings" in a polly ivory and will age as desired, including cracks. Jayhawker Bob

Yeah, I wasn't crazy impressed with the "aged" buffalo brothers grips I bought. I will be revisiting them eventually... it looks like their aging process is mostly done with a paintbrush only. Looks great from a distance, at least on the ones I got.

Sam I don't know if you're even interested, but you might have better luck at aging Holly. I have done one or two here lately and they look pretty good.

I wondered about those. I have spent quite a bit of time lately trying to figure out which shoes the SS 32 H&R will wear: Still tweaking the poly ivories, and right now I've been swapping betwixt a set of black eagle walnut and the jay scott pearl pimp grips... Some folks wouldn't get it, but, as Kipling once said, "who can show a blind man colour?"
