Been watching those. The auction premium is getting a bit spendy. I feel like it's gone up a couple percent the past several years.

That is the only other set of those I’ve seen. Those are Serial number 200. My set of 41s were Serial number 300. They live elsewhere nowadays.

Any chance Persinger made those grips?
Also, for the kind of money those will bring they should have more than 4 photos.

Possible Persinger made those stocks, but Grover was a very talented stock maker, as was his son. That set is pretty early production. I don't know exactly how early, but I have some photos of it that Grover took and he built that set in his old shop. Likewise, some of the details of the metalwork point to early manufacture. I don't know when Paul Persinger first made TLA grips for Grover, but most examples I have documented are later production.

I got distracted and forgot to log on in time. Sold way too cheap, even with premium figured in. Bummer.
