Just got a letter in the mail from Mr. Horvath he is ready to ship my little project gun. Sent him the parts pictured below which was, and still is I suppose, a 4th Generation of the 200 that were made NR4-FL series Single Six. When Ruger and their distributor did the 500 stainless steel 3 & 3/4 inch convertible single sixes I thought they kind of missed the boat by not producing an all blue model. Got tired of waiting so decided to have my own done, looking forward to seeing how things turned out.
The Black-Bird landed today and it really turned out great, just what I was looking for.
The grips are a pair I had Lone Star Grips do back in 2014 for another gun I had but since replaced those with something new. Just threw them in a box and saved for a project, buckeye burl.
