Jack said he wasn't comfortable doing these guns as six shots. I'm perfectly fine with them as five shots.

Odd number of chambers keeps the bolt recess from taking anything away from the chamber walls - chamber at 12:00, bolt at 6:00
Same consideration for the big bore revolvers. This one has a pretty beefy cylinder too.

That wasn't meant to be a disparaging question in the least by the way. I understand the method.

That wasn't meant to be a disparaging question in the least by the way. I understand the method. Wasn't in the least and a legitimate question. My Reeder 25-20 is 6-Shot and my JRH 25-20 is 5-Shot. Whatever the gunsmith is comfortable with is ok with me.

Not like you're defending yourself against antifa with it...

Not like you're defending yourself against antifa with it... Once it's all done and running, I wouldn't hesitate to trust it with essential business.

From a hundred or more yards no less. I do question open sights versus a scope though.

LOL, that's hilarious. Clearly at over 100 yards with open sights would have required my eyes 30 years ago.
I believe this gun will be tops in 22 Centerfire. The FA 22 Caliber on the 327 Federal Case requires lots of forming. The 22 Hornet is a tad long for the S6 Frame.
This one will require factory brass, dies and bullets. Simple process with vintage retro class. Of course, this is my vision. The joy of customs is everybody gets what they want.
I truly appreciate Zebra and JRH bringing this vision into reality.

What kind of FPS are you expecting?

What kind of FPS are you expecting? Around 2000 fps with a 45/46 grain. A bit more with the 35 and 40 grain offerings.
