This is the FWB F2. The FWB CO2 gun that replaced the FWB65. Bought this one in the mid 80s. As nice as it is they are much better now.

Took me a good 30 years to talk the owner of the FWB 65 into trading it to me..

I had this one with the electronic trigger for a year or so, sold it because I was afraid that trigger would go south.

Very, very nice.
I had no idea that they were making such stellar pistols that long ago.

These target guns are not as quiet as you might think. Seems like muzzle velocity runs just over 700 FPS...

I have a Sheridan 5mm and a hw90 in 5mm. Talk a look at Airguns of Arizona. They have a large selection of PCP's and break barrels. I like the Gernam break barrels as well as a no longer made Theoben brand. I'd live to get my hands on a theoben Eliminator in 25 caliber. It's a gas ram instead of a spring.

I second the suggestion of an SSP pistol. No CO2 or SCUBA or high pressure pumps to buy and they are simple to rebuild and very consistent in shot to shot velocity. I have a Baikal IZH-46M that was rebuilt by MAC1 Airguns. It is heavy at nearly 3lbs but superbly accurate - these are Olympic grade pistols. Shooting it one handed with iron sights, at a target with a 10-ring that is the same diameter as a 45acp bullet, really stresses the fundamentals. It certainly improved my shooting and allows cheap practice in a garage or basement. I’d love to snag a FWB SSP 10m Pistol but their owners rarely part with them. The Baikals are currently banned from importation due to Russian sanctions, but they imported them from the 90s until 2016, so they are out there.

I myself have been thinking of perhaps an airsoft, something to mimic the guns I already have, not looking for groups like 10m air rifles are capable of. Just trigger control and muscle memory. Will just be used for plinking and reactionary targets.
