As John's Dad and Justin's Grandpa stated. Justin is younger and his eyes are better, as commented to me standing in Justins shop. Niether John or Justin was within hearing distance. FWIW dept.

I've been fortunate to handle a .475 he did and the thing that most impressed me was his grip design...I can't say how he contoured them but they just felt as close to right as I'll ever get on the Bisley style. Thanks for sharing that Boge. Hmmm, maybe some scrimshaw in it's future for that personal touch?
I love the conversions on Vaqueros. ;D

Boge I really like it. Nice touch with the crown. Have you thought about an all plum brown finish? I think it would look real sharp on this gun.

Yes, it would - but it's too late for this one! Maybe the next one...
I think it's cool that my good friends Al "Swede" Anderson and Lloyd Smale have the same gun in different finishes - mine in blue, Al's in stainless, and Lloyd's in CCH.
