That worked! Heres some more. A matched pair of a 5" 27-2 and a 5" model 29-2. Had smith engrave my name in gold on the 27.

This S&W american dates back to 1870 or 1871. It is a relic and the barrel was cut back. It was found in a old barn being tore down at a old stage coach stop in montanna. Whish I knew all its history. That gun is a couple years older than the 1st colt saa!

This is a triplelock that was sent back to the company in 1949 and factory target sights installed then. My most accuarte .44
