Curious what you guys use for reloads... I was actually wondering about a leather belt pouch, that would hold a 50 round ammo box... in a little looking I haven't found just what I was looking for... I did find this one that looks like it would hold loose ammo... www.amazon.com/Handmade-Genuine-Leather-Storage-Slingshot/dp/B00KW0ABA2but this would be for reloads for my new "farm" gun, & with working & sweating, it would likely turn my cartridges green, if they were in the pouch for a couple weeks or a month... which is why I thought a pouch that would hold a 50 round box might be better??? What do you guys use when out squirrel, rabbit hunting & such, with a 22 LR??? I just did spend some time researching the Marble's Catch 22 Storage Dispenser for Rimfire Ammunition... watched a couple videos... kinda like it, if it were in my pocket, but thinking I'd lose the cover, if it were on my belt, & working... also noticed in the video, that it had a little hard plastic & cartridge "rattle" that a nylon or leather pouch likely wouldn't have... also it's set up to dispense 5 rounds at a time... my lil J Frame is a 6 shooter www.midwayusa.com/product/1015163932?pid=249928

I use the Marble's Catch 22, in fact I have one for every .22 I own. You would have a hard time loosing the sliding cover, it is notched and fits very snug and unless you are jumping or running there is no rattle. It is the best way to carry .22 ammo in the field imo.

I usually carried a box in my daypack. I really like the leather pouch. I'm going to order one, thanks for sharing the link

no problem... I'm still undecided as to the pouch, or the Marbles unit... may end up doing both???

Frost River has a dandy little leather/canvas belt pouch that I carry a box of 22's in while squirrel hunting. Think I gave $20 for it. Tom Black

Thanks for posting about Frost River. Just checked out their website. Love the waxed canvas gear. Just wish I had the bank account to be able to afford it.

The old spring mouth tobacco pouches work great for keeping a few rounds handy.

I have 3 of the old leather tobacco pouches that I use. They were my Grandpas and don't think they can be bought anymore.
