Was a company doing conversions, but as far as I know they have discontinued that service. Or is that a new factory version?

I would definitely snap up a .41 Mag but being a 10mm fan this is just too cool. It won’t do anything a .41 Mag or .44 Mag in the standard 1894 will do but for us gun looneys when does that matter?

I want on in 454 casull ! i bet the case is to long ! IN THE LATE 1980s FA MADE UP A PAIR OF WINCHESTER 94 BBAEs IN .454--THEY STRETCHED; THEN A COUPLE CUSTOM MARLIN 1894S WERE TRIED--THEY ALSO STRETCHED QUICKLY. OMLY THE ROSSI HAS WORKED.

They have since ceased these as well correct? but have never heard of any issues with the existing ones. Dimensionally they were the same, was it superior metallurgy?

I think the Rossi used 17-4 ph stainless for their barrels. If so, that stuff is tempermental on machining and must have had been expensive, in labor & tooling, to rifle.

Grizzly Custom from Montana announced last week they are doing new conversion to 10mm, 45acp, and 450 Bushmaster.
First rate shop who makes some nice stuff...
I think a Marlin in 45acp could be a lot of fun, not sure what you really do with it practically but it would be fun...

I think a Marlin in 45acp could be a lot of fun, not sure what you really do with it practically but it would be fun... Could have a rifle/pistol combo. The 45 acp matches the old 45 colt loads, and it was a useful tool in it's own right. The cost isn't gonna make since, people are gonna say, there are better calibers and easier to obtain. Therefore it's one of those just because fun guns that we have. Vanilla is a pretty good flavor but we still add nuts and sprinkles, but changing the flavor, changes the experience.
