Is the Story model the only one around anymore? Last time I dug around most of the links I found were dead or listed as out of stock.
What about an ERH with a cam cut? I understand they work with crescent ejectors but I don't recall if they'll work with a bullseye or not.
Thanks!

They will work with a bull's eye ejector rod head. My Uberti Flat top came with a bull's eye ejector rod and I simply switched it out. So far as I know, all ejector rods will work with most ejector rod housings. Seems like one I bought had to be filed slightly to work, but no big problem was encountered.

Afterthought: I bought a crescent head ejector rod to work with a cam cut housing. Instruction that wwre enclosed told how to file a slight "ramp" on the ejector rod head to work smoothly with the cam cut. If either bell's eye or crescent ejector rod head is use, be sure to advise your holster maker. Other wise a bit of drag will be encountered.

Thanks, I was wondering if the larger diameter head would interfere when using a cam cut ERH. Sounds like it would but a crescent interferes less. As a range only “toy” I’m not sure a holster is even in the mix but thanks for the heads up. I think it’s time I start a project thread to start getting my thoughts together.
