I have several of his grips and inserts. The grips were fitted to my guns but he does a good job on them. There is always a chance the fit wont be perfect when buying premade grips. But he is a really nice guy!

I have a pair of elk stag grips on one of my Colts. Sack, as does most custom grip makers, requests that the grip frame or grip straps, be sent to him for fitting. Purchasing ready made grips from him. or any other maker, may or may not fit your gun well. In that case, if there is enough stock left, you 'smith may be able to fit them. And maybe Sack will fit them for you if you return them with the grip frame to him. I have no idea what he would charge for this service.

For whatever its worth, Ruger grip frames are pretty consistent and should fit very well. Colt, and most Ubertis, have their grip straps and grips fitted at the factory and will vary somewhat. Thanks guys.
I see that 2012 Blackhawk set out on ebay he is talking about. I do think you can bid for those and be confident they are a good set.

Have a set of Mr. Peterson's grips on a Colt DS and very attractive, fit well and with a Tyler T make for a great carry gun setup.

I have a couple of sets of his grips, you're more likely to have a Ruger grip frame thats out of spec than his grips.
