Hmmm... never hunted them... but think they are smaller than typical ruffled grouse... hungarian partridge??? I was worried, that I was only seeing a pair... normally it's over the last several years, it's been 6-8 of them around the building site... flushed 6 of them off the gravel road in front of the house the other day... made me feel better seeing better than a pair

I'm just sick right now... Did a short walkabout, checked out the new trees last year... Rabbits killed all of the apples, and all but one of the new red oaks, and got up into the branches of my 5-6 year old crab apples, that are the pollinators for my Honey Crisp Apples... expect I will be posting some dead rabbit pictures in the next couple weeks

Good friend had a heck of a year snaring and trapping. Said he got 106. I didn’t do any coyote killing this year, told myself I would hunt more other things, and do some fishing. Don’t know how many are in this load.
