How can we get this mold to include a GC option? I've had this mold for a number of years..... it was done as a replacement bullet for the Winchester Silvertip. After driving it hard out of pistols and rifles....and recovering the bullets, Ive found it doesn't need a gas check, at least the way I load it with my alloy. 41 Caliber gas checks are another cause for not using them either. |

Thanks for asking Steve as I’m sure guys are wondering. The deal with 41 gas checks is the availablity of checks for the 416 caliber rifles are a bit different than one for the 41 Mag. I’m sure BobK can elaborate. I’m not opposed to adding a GC option, but we would need to specify a particular GC. I would suggest a Gator Check. Adding a GC version might well pick up participation! |
