I'm guessing my mold is soon to be shipped, just got a PayPal invoice for a 327 joulnir, 4 cav Gc, HP ++++4c GC HP++++ mold. Better get started finding some suitable lead.
Can't wait!

If you ordered it from the latest cast boolits group buy, I recieved mine last friday, and I got the paypal invoice nine days before that. That is typical shipping from Miha, unless it gets caught up in customs.

Thanks! Very excited to see the mold. Really looking forward to getting back into casting, its been a few years. That boolit really ought to shine in the 327 Blackhawk I recently acquired! Hoping it is short enough o be used in the Single Seven as well.

I cast some last weekend, and they really look good. I haven’t loaded any yet, but I am sure they will fit the single seven.

I loaded some of these today. My c.o.l. Was 1.500”. They just barely fit. They are so close that I tried every chamber individually, but the cylinder spins with all so I am good. My brass averaged 1.193”.

I got my copy from the other group buy, mostly for use in levergun silhouettes with .32-20, and quickly found what looks to be a very nice loading for my Marlin. Only tried one loading for .32H&R in a single six, and it did not group very well (solid and HP versions tried). Are any of you having luck in your sixguns with this bullet?

So far, I am still experimenting. I use it in .327 fed. I am testing it against a noe 314-316 that comes in at around 119gns. The noe bullet is a rnfp, and it has proven itself at any velocity. The noe bullet shoots pretty good in the .32hrm, but not as good as a 98gn dbl ended wadcutter from an arsenal mold. I don’t have any proof or reason, but the .32hrm of mine seems to like the lighter bullets.

The lone loading I've tried, and the Single Six has a 6.5" barrel, was 7gr of AA9 and it went 960fps. The gun shoots well with cast of 96gr and 115gr from Moyer's, 100gr HP from GT and 90gr Sierras and 85gr XTPs. Titegroup and a bunch of shotgun powders are around as well as the AA9 and Lil' Gun, something should work out, and I plan on keeping the velocities 900fps and below for now.

I have been using 4.0gns of unique with my noe bullet mentioned above in .32hrm. I haven’t chrono’ed it but I am sure it comes in at somewhere between 900-1,000fps. It is a mild and accurate load, but not as accurate as the dewc’s over 2.5gns of bullseye.

Wheelguns, any results yet in your .327Fed? I've wound up casting a bunch for use in levergun silhouettes at this point have enough for one more event. They're as accurate as anything else I've tried, using Reloder 7 at 1440-1477fps from a Marlin 1894. The next batches will be HP with maybe some cup noses and will get further workups in the Single Six H&R. Only other work I know of is a failure to feed in a .30 Carbine, this might have turned out to be of little use in the handguns for which it was designed.

I have been loading the mjolnir over 10.0 gns of 2400 in the .327. I tested it against 12.0 gns of h110. They were both good, accurate loads, with one S7 favoring the h110, and the other liking the 2400 load better. It seems the more I shoot these .327’s the more confusing it gets. I have a no lube groove copy of the sledgehammer mp- mold for my gp100 in .327. It comes in at 143 gns, and I think I am shooting it too hot. Some of these guys are shooting them much hotter than I am, but it is not working in my gun. With no real load data available, I am flying by the seat of my pants, and I don’t have the guts I used too.
