After 10,000 rounds I decided to upgrade my old Glock 35 with some stippling work from Taran Tactical Innovations - turned out really nice! Beside the stippling it's got a Lone Wolf Barrel, Sevigny Rear Sight, Heinie .250 Front, and a Vanek Classic Trigger Kit (pull weight 3 lbs. 5 oz.). I've thought about removing the pre-travel but I probably won't.

Nice!
The plastic fantastic bug has bitten me lately and I'm looking at a stippling kit. I've got plenty of plastic to practice on before I do a reduction and stippling on my intended project(s).

I've got a G34, G35, and G41. I find that I bump the slide stop and lock it back on the G35 while I don't on the G34 and G41. The G35 is a Gen 3 gun while my G34 and G41 are Gen 4. My next plastic fantastic will be a Gen 3 G23. Our shop buys them as police turn ins and they are pretty much as new. We sell them for $333. Not a 40 fan but the G23 makes a nice G19 size 9mm with a simple barrel change.

the G23 makes a nice G19 size 9mm with a simple barrel change. And the G19 makes a nice G19 size 9mm with no barrel change at all! Whose barrel do you use for your conversions?

G19 can't be a 40 S&W at will... Haven't made one yet...

Or you could just buy a 19 and a 23 I have all the 40s but never shoot them I really love the 19 and have probably a half dozen of different builds. My all time favorite. I do like the 34 and 41 as well! I have suppressor barrels from KKM for the 19/34/41 very very cool toys some days... I carry a 35 with a X300U light sometimes in a Bloodline Nocturnal IWB. Works great!

I like those sights a LOT !
Even I have taken the plunge lately... I picked up a 21 g4 a few weeks ago after trading off my G20 last year. I had a KKM 10mm barrel and a bunch of ammo and supplies still around, so I figured what the heck.
I have been shooting the 21 quite a bit the last week or two, and started looking over a 19 at the LGS last week.
Yesterday I was looking at a 19 g4 at a small shop near me, and the owner puts a black Vickers G19 with the RTF2 frame in my hand and says 'here, buy this'.
I was saying don't tempt me, I have cash in my pocket. He starts clicking away on his computer and slides me a note with an 'out the door' number on it lower than I have been able to get on a g4 19 around town before tax and background check fee and says that is good for 10 minutes.
Now I am off to the range this afternoon to give it a spin.

Or is it one hat will allow you to shoot that ammo in the 45 slide somehow?

Not to Hijac but a "background check fee"?
What's up with that?

^^^^^^^^^ Floyd no..... FOID yes.... Firearms Owner IDentification card. The "background check fee" is $2.00, a call to the State Police to see if you have done anything bad since the last time you bought something with an approval number to go with it. Anything I could say about this situation would be deemed political, so there.

Background check fee. In Wisconsin you have to pass a background check to buy a firearm from a dealer. There used to be a 48 hr waiting period for handguns until it was dropped just last year. The background check on handguns costs the dealer $10, and many dealers mark this up, some as high as $50.
The G21 10mm barrel from KKM is Part # G21G1. I know that the 20 and 21 have different extractors, but the stock extractor seems to keep up fine in my gen 4 21. I only had one bobble in the 150 or so 10mm rounds I have through it so far, and that was about the third round fired.
We put 200 rounds through my new 19 today, and it's kind of a hoot. But it's not in the same ballpark of fun as hot 44 mags through my Redhawk Kodiak which I also shot a bit today.

I've seen barrels that would allow 9s in 40 etc but haven't looked at what would work in the 21/10. Didn't know how it would work with the difference in case head diameters. Thanks for info!
