Shot several of them quail hunting. Have several friends who have taken them deer hunting. Helps to have a lot of hunters and dogs in the field. Otherwise they just sneak away without being seen.

Two cats - that is impressive. I have never thought to hunt them over bait. Would like to hear more about the bait set up.

Congrats James! Excellent score there. And a HARD critter to bag for many. I have them on my property,,, (I see them on cameras,) but I mostly leave them alone. I saw a very young one this deer season. It was fun watching him/her moving around the woods. Over the years,,, due to the time I spend in the woods,, I'm lucky enough to see them enough to appreciate them,,, yet I know how hard it is to bag one on demand.
