I am loading a 125 Keith over 11.5 gr AA9. Has anyone taken this that hot before ? Have not shot this load yet but 10.5 was ok. Thoughts?

Hoover has a load chart posted. Take a minute to search his posts and you will find data for #9 powder.

Rimrock has a 130 grain Keith listed in the Feb. 2015 Handloader that Brian Pearce loaded with AA9, 7.5 - 10.7 grains; he used Federal cases and CCI 500 primers.
Maybe load some of your 125's with 10.7 first, and go up 2/10's at a time, checking your chronograph, pressure signs and accuracy as you go?

I like that Rim Rock SWC and shoot it in the 327 and 32-20. I also squeeze it down to .309 and shoot it in my 30 Carbine.

I just recieved my 100 grain keith mold today from dan at mountain molds, and so far ive tried 5.0 of HS6, for 1117 fps and Sixhsots load of 3.0 WST for 917 fps. Both powder coated of course, but now that i see hoovers list, i must head back to the reloading bench and try a few other.

Just wanted to suggest you take a look at Forsters hollow point tool. I just got back from W. Texas where I killed a "drove" of Jackrabbits with the Miha 115 and 135 grain 32 caliber cast hollowpoints.

Sir, I haven't laid one down on any meat but it's gotta be an improvement! I will say the Forster tool is very easy to set up and while I don't claim to have a perfectly calibrated eyeball the cavities sure look dead nuts center to me.
Thanks again Huey for the heads up, I owe you a cold one!!

Very good to hear. My experience as well. I have yet to HP any of my 327 cast bullets loads, but sounds like I need to.
Mine has served me well.
