Axe to be fair I agree with the idea but then we all know who contributes and who does not, here or on the former board (ether of them). And to be fair there are a lot of lurkers who just don't have the experience of knowledge to add much to the posts. We can be a intimidating lot of guys to deal with and besides who said the the easiest way to say something wise is to think of something dumb and not say it? Kind of fits...

I feel your pain! I'd have made it total complete sentences with bonus points for pics If I had the time to count them all..  FWIW I know it sounds petty shallow of me but I will own up to not being pleased when I put a karma out there and see a bunch of guys throw their names in the hat as their very first post..... Sure they could have been lurking all along but come on guys CONTRIBUTE!I'm trying.......but don't put me in the karma, even if I qualify.....I still don't have a 480.........  |

Hutchman.... You are missing a significant part of the affliction. Never miss a chance to acquire brass for guns that you just might own one day... You can always use the brass as justification for the gun!  |

I just assumed that it's an insider type of deal, carried over from the old board. Being a newbie (an ex-lurker), I assume this is a nice giveaway idea you're doing for folks who would like some 480 brass, yes? I think that's a cool idea. I don't need any 480 brass, so I haven't posted here...so there.  Sooo...is this karma thread related to the karma points is shows below my member's name? Is that why some jerk gave me a -1 for karma?? Or did I just piss someone off? ;D LOL! How the heck does one leave someone a karma point anyway? *EDIT* Never mind...exalt/smite, I see. |

The reason I haven't thrown my name in is because if I were to get it, I would HAVE to get the .475 Cooper project going. I really can't afford free brass right now.
Also, I have already been on the receiving end of Axehandle's generosity. No need to take a chance on bogarting goodwill.

Dang it! If I had not already smited Charger Fan I'd smite Markbo! FYI the smite and exalt buttons run the karma count up and down... Looks like you only get to smite one time.. Think I log out and back in to see if if can then smite Markbo! Nope... Logged off and back on and still can't smite anybody... I'll come back later and get it done! |
