It might take a little time since to my knowledge only one 257 JR sixgun exists as of this time. Now, that said, this "257640" bullet will be useful in the 25-20 as well as Reeders wildcat 257 as well. I would be inclined to stick to the original drawing myself.... What we need for this to be a go, is some 15 guys to say "YES" I want one!

Well, you can count one in! I'd be a happy camper with the original drawing as well. Here's hoping other folks take an interest in this little bullet.

Bob, it looks like as of this time we have 5 people wanting this mold. I do believe we can do away with the crimp groove but we can have it either way. I would prefer to stay with the gas check as I will be driving this bullet pretty hard. I hate to have to buy 10 molds to get this going. But if you are interested in the .257 Jackrabbit, bear in mind we need a good expanding bullet to make it work.
So sign up boys! Lets get this going!!
