Man, in this day and time, it's great to hear that customer service or any kind of service still exists. I have read and heard a lot about the man and the products of his works and it's good to know he feels a responsibility to stand behind his work even if you didn't buy it new from him directly. It's these sorts of things that will provide for him in the future.
I don't own a Linebaugh, but I'd like to.
Too bad we can't get this message to the cell phone companies, the cable companies, the car companies...........
