Leadhead's 200 grain gas-check. Seems to shoot better than most in my Ruger Maxs, Sevilles, El Dorados, and TC Contender: I have plans for a 220 - 230 LFN later this summer (same scaling as my 290 gr 41-cal and 585 gr 50-cal). -Lee www.singleactions.com"Building carpal tunnel one round at a time"

Really think that most any well designed, well balanced bullet in the 170-200grain range , cast of proper and uniform alloy and properly sized for the gun will shoot well, provided the gun is right and the shooter can shoot! the limited production of Max's by all companies helped keep all revolver tolerances in spec for the whole production run.
