I've reached the point where I'm not sure I will live long enough to see this book published and available. Sad ain't it!

Well! Several months have passed since the last post on either of the threads concerning the "Book of the .45". I'm sure none of us understands why it has not been published yet but we wait patiently(?) for it.
It has been mentioned that some of us may not live long enough to see this book in print but hope springs eternal.
I'm going to post this in both threads that were created because there is information in both that, at least to me, is of interest, also to bring it back to the front.
