that "hard chrome" almost has a glow to it. NICE!

It's still at JRH's. I don't have a wife, nor a tablecloth, nor the gun in hand.
Yes, the front sight is an FA-style interchangeable blade system.

LOOKS GREAT.....I LIKE THE PIN ACCENT BLUE.....AND I REALLY ENJOY THE SUPER MAG LENGTH CARTRIDGES.....BUT....THE 500 MAX.....I JUST CAN'T WARM UP TO IT...I THINK IT'S TOO MUCH OF A GOOD THING.....THE 500 AT 1.4" IS PLENTY....JUST MY 2 CENTS.....IT DOES LOOK GREAT THOUGH..... ;D
