Structural Integrity of MIM Parts?

While I understand your frustration, I'm not sure we could consider that a "statistically significant" failure or evidence of the inferioirity of MIM parts. It may have just been bad design, bad QC, or a host of other issues, including the occasional defective part from an otherwise healthy batch of hands.

Again, I empathize w/your situation and hope S&W will fix that for you promptly and permanently.
