Very, very nice!
What do you mean by a "modified 45"?

You are welcome. That turned out beautiful!! I really like how the streaks follow curve of the grip. Congrats!! What are your plans for the Claro in the background?
I taking the trip up to his shop tomorrow to pick up my 500 Max.

Mark he reworks the factory grip frame contour to even further allow for recoil with no knuckle banging when you load them capable. I don't know what front sight will be the keeper for this.

Hey Greg, Where did that barrel come from?
I like that front sight. Can we get a better photo of it?

Very purdy--and every one of these grip sets from "Steve's wood" have turned out exceptional.

Hey Greg, Where did that barrel come from? I like that front sight. Can we get a better photo of it? He does the barrels himself -- it's an oversized blank that he machines.

I admire the Jack Huntington muzzle crown. Observation from a shooter who holds the crown low on the list of what make a revolver accurate. David Bradshaw

Pac-Nor by default per Kit at Jack's shop. As Bushog wrote, they use a BIG blank and cut everything away unecessary. Kinda like carving an elephant out of marble.

So is the front sight base integral to the barrel?
