I followed a auction yesterday go out of reality on a sa. Crazy final price! Gave a look at the listings today and lo and behold a A++ Gunshop had the revolver at reg price which I pulled the trigger on! So now I’m the proud owner of a NAA 22 short revolver! I have a naa in 22lr that I used as a dispatch gun on the trap line with success. Thing is I always felt”over gunned” ,so now I’m gtg! Lol

Thanks Huey,I appreciate the offer. Im good for now . I did find a box of hornady “ zombie “ 230 grain in my stash. Gonna load em on the clips and see how they do. The revolver shipped with tk clips, figure they were the way to go. The extras I ordered arrived yesterday , I’ll see how they do.

I’ll start by pushing the 200 gr swc bullet through the cylinder to look for resistance. The loaded clip hangs up 1/8 th inch from seating and requires a slight nudge to fully seat. What about a single loaded round? Are clips causing them to pinch/bind? Dropped right in!

I’ll start by pushing the 200 gr swc bullet through the cylinder to look for resistance. The loaded clip hangs up 1/8 th inch from seating and requires a slight nudge to fully seat. The load is 4.2 gr. Bullseye with cci 300 primers. Extremely accurate in my 1911 and have a couple thousand rounds loaded! Hopefully I’ll be able to use in the 625! Lol

I bought my first moon clip fed revolver. I will be shooting the 45acp ammo that I have loaded to fire from of my 1911. As the 1911 head spaces on the case mouth , slight taper crimp, these loads don’t just drop in the Cylinder. They require a little push. Do you think that going for a heavier crimp will cure that? Thanks

USPSA rule changes a couple years ago killed most of the market for the 625, the JM model in particular. And it wasn't what you'd call a giant market in the first place. The JM grips are an odd one for me, I love the way they feel holding the gun and hate the way they feel firing the gun. Just drove up to the Brookhaven range to try out the grips on the JM , alas the pistol range is closed due to repairs......
