I always liked those, and still do.

Here is a polished SuperBlackhawk I bought new in 1997. It is an unlikely finish for a hunting gun, but it is sure is easy to clean.

So, there ya go on the bright SBH! Didn't seem to scare that groundhog away!

Would love to stumble across a polished .357 or .45 Blackhawk.

A polished .44 SBH would go real nice with this RH !!

Hey Ken, they did make a high polished SBH .44m, I have one new in the box/shipper, 4 5/8", but with the Blackhawk grip frame (not the square frame we equate with SBHs). I bought it about 1997-98.

Got a chance to take it to the range tonight. Blew the center out of the target shooting double action at 10 yards off hand. Nice smooth trigger. I'm quite thrilled with it. The ballance and ergonomics of this RH seem to suit me quite well.

Made a nice looking lube star at the muzzle too. VERY happy with the way this one shoots.
