I guess it wasn't however the barranti.9 link gives me nothing. I don't understand why significant change in a person's business wouldn't just be clearly stated on their web site: www.barrantileather.com/. Anyhow good news that product will be more readily available that's for sure. I've been too busy working in the shop to update my website! ;D I plan on working on that this weekend.....

Okay Dick, where are the pictures? Hey, do you know a good guide for mountain lions in Idaho? I'd kind of like to see if I couldn't get a hunt in either this winter or next. Robb, Two men I have hunted lions with that I can recommend are: Darl Allred, Sawtooth Wilderness Outfitters, Garden Valley, Idaho That's Darl on the left, with friend Steve Alley: and: Shawn Labrum, Uinta Range Outfitters, Roosevelt Utah. Sorry to hijack the thread, but I wanted to get Kings6 fired up!

Robb, there are lots of lions right here where I live but I don't know of any licensed outfitters, all the locals have their own dogs. I think Ken's mention of Daryl Allred might be the best choice. Don't know of any animal that would be more difficult to hunt without dogs. One of my son's did take one without dogs one year, he was 17 & I had him in a tree stand on one of our favorite waterholes. We had seen both lion sign & bear sign so bought a tag for each, a huge tom came in right at dark & Travis center punched him with the bow.
