I'm on the Ruger Forum and have seen a ton of hoopla over this Callshot brass. Who is Mr. Callshot and why is everyone so excited about Callshot labeled 44 Special? Not trying to start a fight here just curious to know the whole story. Thanks.

Callshot is a beloved member of the Ruger Forum who has taken care of his wife, Betty who is afflicted with MS the past 24 years, the last 8 or 9, she has been bed ridden. He's done so, almost singlehandedly, without complaint ! Betty is winding down fast, and this brass buy was just a distraction to help Steve get thru a long winter..... This kinda tells the whole story...... www.rugerforum.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=90647&highlight=callshot+fanclub

Thanks for the info Hoover. I got in on it and bought more than I will ever use, now, however sad, I know the reason it came about.

Think leopard print thong and a nice tramp stamp... I'm thinking some of you guys may get a little "bonus" in your brass..

Some of us consider Callshot a real man. A Lionhearted Iron Man.

I just posted on the Ruger Forum about the situation with Betty, she is very bad, took a real turn for the worse last week. They now have her on oxygen & morphine, she hasn't eaten anything for several days & has only been able to get a small amount of liquid down. She told Steve that it was time to give up. My old buddy is pretty private & usually handles things on his own but your prayers would be appreciated for Betty, Steve & their family, thanks.

You got it Dick. You tell Steve to not worry about shipping brass right now. Betty is the most important thing he needs to focus on, not goofy cases.
