Here are a couple of shots of my Bowen Perfected Bisley with a number of upgrades such as linebored Max cylinder and French walnut grips by Roy Fishpaw. If you want any of the details, it is listed in the classified section of the Ruger Forum It just found a new home on the easy payment plan.

Argh! I'd go get a link and post it but I'm afraid to look! Might be a nice compliment to the other 41s in my "set" As my luck would have it my standard "good ole boy" deals would be available too...

Oh just buy it Stan, I already have your FFL upstairs. Besides you better buy it before I post the Harton New Frontier custom conversion so you don't have to choose between them.

'Perfect' is the key word in that subject line. One impressive conversion. Now if I only had $1950. Someone will get a deal at that price though. Well worth the sticker price IMHO.

Three simple payments of $650 and it can be had by any of you guys. Shoot, I'd even do four payments if that would help! ;D

I'm going for some medication... If I can just stay in a fog until this gun and the NF find new homes...

That is a beautiful gun. The grips look "poured on" to the frame. Good luck.

There is a reason Roy is called the master of the custom grip trade. I am very fortunate to be an existing customer since he is not taking any new clients at this stage of his career. I have NEVER been disappointed in just turning him loose and seeing what comes home. These Musk Ox grips are another example of his work. These are Dall sheep grips Roy put on an OM 41 I just gave my son for his deployment gift. Impecable fit and match to the grip frame but all those guns have had the extra step of decking the grip frame which makes Roys job much easier.

Eveyrthing you post has me drooling. Nothing short of perfection with either of those. Who did the chrome on the OM41?
All the best to your son, Robb. Is he able to take personal weapons, or no?

The old model shortie wears Robars Np3 coating. Unfortunately Remington can not take his own personal sidearm but I am going to hook up with him later this month to give it to him. He leaves near mid October for his third tour this year but at least he will be home for Christmas. I let Rem choose between the bisley 41, the shortie 41 or a Harton custom NF in 45 Colt/45 acp and picked the old model gun, that is why the bisley is here and the NF will be as soon as this one committed to.
