I have one of them, but mine has bigger holes in the ylinders now, bigger hole in the barrel too.

Sure nothing wrong with a 4" GP-100. Mine is my "go to" for when I need a gun I can just plain count on. I won't mess with it at all, I put the smaller factory grip on it with some zebra inserts and have left it totally stock from there.

Nothing wrong with a GP100 at all. I bought mine used as a LEO trade in from J&G Sales (I think) and it needed work when I got it and thought i twould make a nice 45. Sort of a 4" Redhawk 45 a couple years before they came out.
