I work for a soil and water conservation district here in Oklahoma and we received an email from one of the big wheels at the state who said one some people here in state lost 50-60 pairs of cattle.
One of my customers said there was livestock just piled up, trapped by fences that were burned. Can’t even imagine the loss encountered.

Sadly posting that another person has been officially declared deceased because of the wildfire. Prayers sent for their family and friends.
1.1 million acres destroyed already and the fire is 3% contained. I got this information off of Yahoo News.

As the link I posted shows, it's actually five different fires from 2000 to over 1,000,000 acres and containments varying from 10% to 85%. It is very tragic and unfortunately a way of life in parts of our state.

A good friend of mine just shipped 3 semi loads of hay to Texas. A lot of good people out there!
