I loved the Lee 400 gr WFN style in the .480 Ruger at 900 - 1000 FPS for deer and pigs. I would love to tell you what they look like after shooting a hog but I haven’t had one stop any

Great reading. For the 475, I suggest you try the Arsenal molds 476-415. A dandy semi wadcutter with a wide flat nose. A pig/deer hammer and very effective on large bears. 475/480 is one caliber I stepped over and had to rely on relating others experiences and borrowed bullets for. When deciding what calibers I personally wanted I went .51 and .50, and then jumped .47 and went to .45. The 475/480 is a great do all bore size, and maybe some day I’ll wind up with a .475,……came awful close one day when I found a FA for sale in Borger Tx. for 1300.00, regret walking away from that one to this day. It was a premier grade, 4.75” or whatever FA puts even with the ERH. Thought long and hard and then walked away, then Second guessed and regretted it.

At $1,300. ( for FA83’s) I’ll take two! I found my FA83 475L sitting in my local gun shop one day. They had $1750 on it. I asked what's the best they could do. He said $1400 and it's yours. I almost ripped my pocket off trying to hurry up and get my wallet out lol Justin
