betting it's just stainless, , or aluminum (Scandium ), Titanium, is usually a different color... the frame just about matches the 396's frame I used to own

Mid frame flat top with a titanium cylinder and sleeved lightweight barrel, aluminum ERH and grip frame would be a very appealing gun without a lot of the difficulties of a full titanium build.
Even without a sleeved barrel, the weight savings and balance would be significant.

I had a friend get one of their Dragonslayers in 500 Linebaugh. He was very displeased with the fit and finish; said it was very rough.

The Dragonfly in their website looks like Hi Point made a revolver.

I'd rather pay regular price for a Ruger and lose a pound or so of gut to lighten my load in the field.

So strange to sell an uncommon firearm with a company name on it, but not mention the name in the listing or show it in the photos. Reading about their guns in this thread, seem like that may not have been an accident. Good gun for twirling.

That turn line looks like a Magnaport job That turn line is what confused me about this "custom". That's terrible timing or the metallurgy is something else to question.

I have a cheap FIE revolver that is like this. "Good gun for twirling." But not much else. Fwiw: I have a Mission knives MPT-Ti. No longer on their website missionknives.com/But here is a video review. youtu.be/K0geCpNuqB8Never able to get it super sharp; but used it a bunch for cutting / removing twine from big round hay bales during winter feeding. Light. Probably tough to break. A full titanium revolver in a big caliber would be one of those carry lot shoot little guns.

I had a Taurus Titanium Tracker in .41 mag. It was a handful with factory fodder, but I usually shot it with mouse fart loads of Tite Group. It was a joy to carry though.

I'm sorry but that looks exactly like a lightly customized, OM Ruger 357 Mag 3-screw, Flat-top. It's been hard chromed and had a custom sight installed. Heck, you can even tell the grip frame is AL.

Except it's not. The frame screw heads on an OM Ruger are on the loading gate side of the frame, these are not. The sight and sight trough on top is nothing like a Ruger. It does look alot like a Ruger, but I think the buyer will be disappointed in the quality they receive.
