I’m looking for a new rangefinder that works out to 600-800 yards on a non reflective target. What are you guys using?

I’ve been using a Leica 1200 for the last 3-4 years, it’s done well for me.

I have a leica 1600 and it works great most of the time. It doesn't work great in rain or fog. Not nearly as good as my terrapin-x

I like the vortex range finders. They work well AND they have a lifetime warranty that no other range finders have.....

I switched to SIG rangefinders a few years ago and have had great luck with them .

I’ve used both Bushnell 1600 and Mile rangefinding binoculars with great success for the last 6-7 years, the Vortex rangefinder g binoculars have also been used with good success. Using them eliminates losing game between transitions of LRF and Binos, the Bushnell are bigger in size than I would prefer for a GP binocular but having an LRF included makes up for the issue.

Almost any of them will work at that distance. Look at how stable they are to hold and beam divergence and go from there. We have some that are small and light one hand type and then we have Vectronix original Terrapins and Vectors. The Vectors a buddy has we ranged rocks at 14,000 plus yards one afternoon in Wyoming. It’s crazy!

I have the Leupold 2800, it’s the best one I’ve used. It was on sale at Cabelas a couple years ago. Back in the 90s I was issued a significantly larger Bushnell unit that didn’t range nearly as well.

Randominator brings up a question. What are the pros and cons of an integrated binocular based rangefinder?
Edited: I now see bigbrowndog already addressed a pro.

I have a Leupold RX-1000/TBR sitting here on my desk.
It's worthless. It's in like new condition, rarely used,, and was kept in a safe,, humidity controlled. I got it out to take with me on a 2019 elk hunt,, and it wouldn't come on. Several calls to leupold,, lots of discussions,, and was told; Basically, we no longer support that model. And it's electronic,, so it doesn't have our Lifetime warranty. We can sell you a new unit, for a deep discount, at 50% off retail to replace it. Well,at the time,, I could buy a new unit off a few places online,, for close to the 50% "offer" they made me. I went up the ladder a bit,, and had another person go to about 60% off. Still NOT a deep discount. And this unit was used VERY little. Not abused or exposed to anything. I offered to ship it in for them to look at, and they declined to do so.
When I finally get to go to a SHOT show again,, I'm taking a nice suppository for the executives there.
I may look at Vortex if they offer a good warranty.

Basically, they’ll replace a product for any reason except straight-up malicious destruction. One guy had his truck catch fire and burned up a scope, binos, and rangefinder. They replaced all of them. I’m also in the market for a range finder and will be buying a Vortex
