been selling once fired cases at the local gun show for years... I'm know as the "brass" man at the shows, as mine are always sorted by headstamp, decapped & wet tumbled to look like new... hoping by March they'll let us go... last March, they waited until noon of the day we were supposed to set up at 5:00 to cancel... I already had everything at the door ready to go... had paid for the tables the previous year, to reserve my same spot... going to be really unhappy if they cancel again this year...

Go back to your quoted castboolits thread and re-read it. I didn't see any reference to reduced volume for the purpose of conserving powder. At least two posters (#6, #10) suggested the stepped wall, as shown in the attached photo was to prevent bullet set-back.

Sorry Airborne, my bad. I had noticed a flag at my profile that you had quoted me, and I accessed your updated post from there, not seeing what had transpired in the meantime. I had no intention of stoking the coals. One of these days, I'll get the forum processes down to a science.
