This redone and converted Colt SAA was my first .44 special, I think. It was shipped to the Copper Queen mine in Bisbee AZ in 1906 as a 4 3/4" 44 WCF. It was later converted to .44 special by old gun writer Tommy Bish and Al Capone who owned Kings gun shop in L.A. My old friend and mentor worked there and was Capones BIL.
