Here is one of those early production Taurus model 66 guns that I have mentioned. They are nothing like the later ones. No timing problems, great factory trigger and very accurate. Fit and finish is very nice. I looked for one of these for a long time before stumbling on this one.

Mine was scary accurate, too, and I literally shot the heck out of it. It was one of the most accurate out of the box revolvers I ever owned and I picked it up new for something like $169... mid-to-late 1980s???
My only suggestion would be to limit full power loads as mine started to intermittently miss/skip indexing of the cylinder within the first year. Shot loose? Pawl problem? Not sure, but I traded it in on a 6" GP100 that was not quite as accurate but was stout as an anvil.

Here is the early 441T An absolute jewel. One of the most accurate revolvers I have ever seen.
