Nice gun for sure!
Many folks have taken the time to polish out the warning billboard. It's a slow, tedious process to get right, but can be done. Others have taken a take off bbl, had it gently turned down, then installed in place of the warning bbl.

Thank you all for the kind words. I very much like it and it's a good shooter. I'll probably keep it for "Four More Years" and then give it to my son. I have never regretted using this revolver and maybe if the barrel were more gussied up I would and I suppose that's a good thing.
magnumwheelman-That is beautiful and indeed adds contrast.

Is it possible that is a factory engraved gun? I have a tastefully done factory engraved 6 1/2” S&W Model 29-10 and would you believe it has the Hillary hole on it?

It was done by hand and as far as I know Ruger doesn't do such a thing. I have seen some pretty nice S&W's with the lock and I believe that engraving is still an option at S&W and Colt, if a bit spendy.
