Not their best effort, I used to pack the standard Vaquero style one in .45 ACP and that was a nice little revolver.

...question is who is worse... The tec who built the gun or the inspector who let it out of the factory like that... Not to mention the catalog person at Collector's who let that picture in there...

Sadly, they already make a better gun for the purpose. The 3.75” SS 44mag, and if they made the same gun in 45LC I’d be looking for one. Bisley grip round butted or plowhandle round butted.
I know we have quite a few excellent examples of Vaquero Carry, (VaCarry) guns here on the forum, as well.
