I received PKG #2 Yesterday ! It is The Holster for my Bisley .41. It fits my Blackhawk .45 Quite well too. I like it ! For the price i paid at Cheaper than Dirt , the quality is very good. Tempted to get one for 1911s and my 4" N frame. It is Closely modeled, after the WWII tanker style Holster. I would post pictures but The Hosting site process does not work for me.
You put it over your shoulder like a purse. And can hook it to your belt on the opposite hip with a provided strap if you so choose. You can position it in front or on the side. It has a hammer strap which i would use if i was doing anything very physical, but when driving i would probably leave it undone. The Revolver fits quite tight, (might well loosen over time) So if you want to draw with one hand you would probably be smart to fasten the belt strap. This Holster arrived at my door for not much over 100.00. If interested, i would go to El Paso Saddlery web sight 1st and see what its about. You can buy it there and have it fancied up a bit. Border stamping and the lot, but of course you will spend more money that way. And at those prices you might prefer simply Rugged or another top maker. But I think this is a very good Holster at any price, and a steal if you get it (cheaper than dirt)...tj

I REALLY LIKE EPS HOLSTERS BUT THEY DO TEND TO HAVE A VERY TIGHT FIT. I GOT A NICE BASKETWEAVE TANKER FOR A 5 1/2 INCH BLACKHAWK, BUT A BISLEY BLACKHAWK WITH A SLIGHTLY TALLER FS WON'T FIT. A COLT SAA FITS VERY WELL.

interesting .45 man, ! You bisley sight is not factory i assume ? That,s would be good to know as i will likely be sending this girl to Bowen, for an action job, and rear sight. I may well have him install the interchangeable front sight too. I prefer a patridge over a ramp. I really like fermins sight too and may go that rout. Whats cool about fermins sights are the thinner blade. Really helps with aging eyes !...tj
