My cases are made from 41 special / 41 Magnum cases, and I’ve not turned down the rims... wondering if there is a speed loader available that these cases would fit in, and would work with the GP-100 chamber spacing... any suggestions to try???

I would say simply try normal speed loader opened up to accept your particular case, I would think it’s a simply reaming job of the thin SL metal. Once you find the correct diameter make a bunch. You could start by measuring existing case diameters and matching SL holes for the friction fit needed, seems to me it would be fairly easy. Just go slow so as not to remove temper from the SL.
I am referencing “moonclips”, if you’re speaking about the larger SL devices, then disregard my comments.

These are rimmed, so the gun was not machined to take moon clips, so I’d need the larger “speed loader”
I did look at the possibility of reaming out the originals, but the plastic is already pretty thin on the outside edge

On the 5 star, do they make a medium frame 6 shot41 magnum... or would it require drilling out an aluminum 357 GP100 speed-loader???

Groo here 5star makes a 41mag 6 shot for the S&W N frame m-57/58 41mag revolver. Cost $25+ ship This spacing "MAY" work

N frame is large frame from S&W... would think the K or L frame would be a closer fit... I did go to their website... might try ordering 357 GP 5 Star, and see if there is enough thickness to bore the hole to fit the 41 rim diameter

Groo here Now you know why there are few Lframe or Gp100 41mags. The rim vs cylinder diamiter is just a little too tight.. The rimless 10mm is about the limit

Thinking speed strips may be the most logical, plus they go on a belt easier than a traditional speed loader

That is a beauty of a gp100! Speed strips probably are your best bet. I have a 6” .357 gp100 that I would love to have converted to 41spl. I was thinking 4.2” barrel, but after looking at your gun, I am thinking 3”.

Tuff products was the only listing I'm finding for 41 / 45 ACP, & those are coming up discontinued... may have to shop for a semi auto magazine the cartridges would fit into, or go with a dump pouch... or???

I would contact someplace like TK Custom and see if he could make you some custom moonclips for your round.
